My nephew has one of those toilet paper launchers. It was actually pretty entertaining. We could knock over Solo cups at about 10 feet. Sometimes the “spitball” would open up in flight and go all different directions. Other times it would stay in a tight ball and really wack that Solo cup pretty good. Great family fun when you are stuck inside on a cold day.

I have one, my 8 year old daughter has no interest in it (she likes to shoot my airguns) I am pretty disapointed in it. I figured I would modify it for more power, i have a lot of experience modifying Nerf guns and my Bug a salt. No dice with this thing. Not really impressed and would not recommend it.
