I have seen it in the past somewhere here @ AGN but for a life of me just cannot recover that link.
I think it was a pdf and when printed 100% the outer ring was exactly 4" for 100, and if my memory serves me well 6" for 150 and 8" for 200.
Anything I could collect from my local stores or amazon the sizes are all over the spectrum.
