Never had a problem, ordered a PP700S-A about a month ago. Received a tracking number this time and had it in less than a week.
Some have complained about the lack of customer service though.

However, Mrodair is known for inconsistent customer service at best. Some folks call him up and get questions answerered, etc. while some speak of leaving numerous unreturned emails and voicemails. Don't expect tracking numbers.
There is a thread 10 pages or so on a different forum on this very topic, but I think there are likely enough customers on this thread to share their own experiences.

Yes, three pistols on different occasions. No problems. They showed up on my doorstep pretty quick.

I bought a rifle and my buddy has bought two rifles from them, all three transactions went great. Also had no issues with customer support after the sale.

They seem to sell stuff that nobody else sells that make me wonder why. A couple of years ago a bunch of people were very upset with a bad compressor they sold. Personally I would look elsewhere

I never bought a complete gun from them, but picked up a P-12 used, and after watching several of his videos decided I'd order rebuilding parts from him, plus a few items he offered, why not seemed like a decent guy based off the videos, even though there were several online outspoken individuals saying that the customer service was wack.
Dec & Jan rolled in hell its Feb I still haven't heard from him, but he charged my CC the same day I ordered back in November.
I've called & emailed him at least 15 times have yet to hear a word.
15 is really being nice it was more than that, and he's yet to respond. So I had to call the Visa folks and let them do their thing.
2018 and this guy can't send a tracking number, he's either an idiot or doesn't give a crap, it is what it is.
I really want a P-15 .25, but will not be buying it from Mrodair.

I sent 3 emails and left a phone message 4 days ago and have yet to get a response. That pretty much sums it up for me. I will look elsewhere. Site looks like it was put together by a 12 year old. The answering machine had a voice like do not bother me I am too busy. That said I will move on. Just my experience. I asked but waited on my initial thoughts now have come true.
