Just curious if there are any RH shooters that prefer using LH actions with thier benchrest rigs. I would assume with a dedicated BR/ambidextrous stock, it be a fairly easy transition to cycle the lever with your LH and load pellets w/ your RH.
Any RH benchrest shooters using LH actions?

im a lefty and use a raw 500bm for bench shooting.. th gun is right hand action....its awsome
with a raw 500 bm its super easy to load and cock with the same hand and I prefur it that way

I just picked up a basically new BM500 w/ LH action and I’m a righty. For the $$ saved and zero wait, figured I’d give cocking from the left side a shot.

I shoot a 300S and a 601 in informal bench matches at a local range. I shoot LH and both guns are in LH stocks but the rifles are made for RH shooters, it works out great I cock the rifle with my right hand and load with my left. Didn't know until a few days ago that FWB made true LH 600 series rifles though.

I am right handed but shoot left. Blind right eye. Ten of my eleven powderburners are right handed. Never had a problem carrying a right hand rifle on my right side on a sling but my left hand rifle on the right side the bolt will open from walking and rubbing and shell drops out. Have all spring pellet guns and only shoot in the house so no issue there. Just something to think about. CHEERS!

I know Linda Koch has shot a left handed BM action quite successfully! Not 100% sure she is a right handed shooter though?

Sweet BM500! I can't wait to get my action and scope to drop into my stock-it will be all silver going into my blue laminate stock. Is that the 500CC bottle on your gun? Mine is coming with a 400CC bottle to keep the weight down and it's a bit shorter than the length of the end of the stock.

Will be an awesome looking color combo Sean! (Blue is my favorite color), combination of silver & grey should be looker!, wish that color would have been a standard choice when I ordered my BM & TM!

I shoot right handed but I shoot my Thomas from the left side. I bought two trigger adapters from Rowan Engineering and have my trigger pad extend about a half inch outside the trigger guard on the left side. When I have everything lined up and set to shoot, I don't have to reach over or touch the gun at all. Just a gentle tap on the trigger pad and the gun rarely disappoints.
