So I have this Winchester 1000x, and it does what it says it will do and shoot a Jsb exact at the speed of sound and destroy any and all longer range accuracy. Anybody have any recommendations for a good pellet to hit the brakes a bit?
Any pellet recommendations to slow things down???

You might try the H&N PileDrivers, it's about the heaviest .177 I've seen. A lot of guns don't like this boattail design with respect to accuracy, but I've got a couple guns that do and they are about the hardest hitting projectile in this caliber when the accuracy is there.

Much appreciated Mr. Chapman! Man they look absolutely lethal. I can definitely see how they could tumble like crazy being that they don't have the classic Diablo skirt though. I can also see how the length could help compensate for that issue. That being said even though the Winchester has a ridiculous amount of oomph should I worry about any piston/seal damage pushing these huge suckers?
