I've only prepared 2 iguanas to date. Taste was good, but looking for ANY suggestions
I know... Kind of an eclectic meal. I cooked the iguana with skin on and it was soaking in sauce for a few hours. Wrapped in tinfoil and put on BBQ. Then, after cooked, put directly on BBQ. Then, skinned and served with a light BBQ gravy I mixed. It was very good, but hope to hear how some here enjoy it.
