Any Biathlon type airgunning event?

I used to jog then target shoot training for sheep hunting (30 years ago). Wondering if there are any Biathlon type airgun events that combine aerobic challenge with accuracy in the airgun world?

There is a combined running/10m-shooting event that is part of the modern pentathlon, and is also run as a separate event at times. At one time the pentathlon featured center-fire service pistols, then later .22 rim-fire, then airguns, and most recently, laser pistols. Though they don't shoot projectiles, the event combines some of the aerobic and shooting skills that you are asking about.

Just google search "laser run".

I helped with organizing/setup of the shooting portion at a recent Olympic qualifying event at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

I know the cadets have some biathlon races. They run about 1-1.5km and shoots biathlon falling plates.

At one of the local fall-cross-country races they had brought their biathlon laser rifles and were having people do sprint-shoot.

I've got a LGB1 and air venturi biathlon target. Running around and shooting is a fun way to spend time with the nephew!

Me and Tm McMurray helped staff one years ago in Chino, Ca. Young teens riding BMX bikes raced from stage to stage, dropping their bikes to pick up springer rifles (appropriately called Biathlon Trainers) donated by Marksman Co. to shoot Silhouette type targets, and then race to the next stage. The guns were racked at each stage for the next competitors. I spent time making sure the guns were ok, and sighted in well (peep sights).

The kids loved it ... but I guess the parents didn't take it over enough for the game to continue over here.
