Just wanted to share my experience with Orion the iguana hunter. I ordered a couple of his FX impact magazines for my new .30 cal impact. I planned on using the FX hybrid slugs in the magazines. When I loaded them for the first time the slugs were too long for the magazines, they were sticking above the top and wouldn't allow the cover to lock down.
I contacted Orion and told him about the issue I was having. He asked what the problem was and if I could send him a few pictures. He assured me that he would take care of it. He said he would order some of the hybrid slugs and try to make the magazines work with them. I figured that would probably take a month or so. I was surprised when he contacted me 3 days later and said he had redesigned the magazines to work with the hybrids and two new ones were on the way to me. He told me just to keep the others and let him know if I had any other problems. His main concern was that I was happy with his product.
The new magazines arrived a few days later and they load and operate flawlessly. I just wanted to give credit to him for a great product and great customer service. Since then I've ordered another magazine for my brother and a couple of parallax wheels for our Element scopes. Those are great as well. Next is a couple of Orion cams! Thanks Orion.
