Most liky it's the Quad ring/xring, 2nd the small reg chamber tube has 2 small oring that seal the 1.5mn inlet hole to fill the reg chamber.

I watched one of your videos and determined it was one of those two o-rings. Unfortunately could not find a 1mm Allen key in my shop to take the valve apart. Will look for one shortly and update on the process.
