And so the fun begins.

As spysir (John) stated, the fun has begun. I was finally able to get out and shoot the Disco, and I have to say, I am impressed. I tried very hard to keep my expectations low for this gun, and it managed to blow me away. The chrono numbers were pretty impressive to me. ( ill add them in when I figure out how to make some nice charts).

I shot 10 shot groups of multiple types of pellets and it ate all of them no problem. For 25 yard plinking, im going to use up the 1000 RWS super H points I bought. 10 shot groups around an inch ( maybe a bit above). The crossman premier hollow points did a bit better, and the Benjamin destroyers did fantastic. Unfourtunatley they dont hold up at 50 yds. The winner of the day was no doubt the JSB 14.35's. The below group is 10 shots at 25 yds. I wasnt able to test them out to 50 but I have plenty on the way and I hope to test them at 50 in the coming weeks. I think with a little time behind the trigger I can tighten these groups up. If anyone has any suggestions on accuracy upgrades ( If they are even needed, i dont know how these guns normally shoot) I would be glad to take some suggestions. I will definitly be buying a trigger asap!

Thank you sir. I could have cherry picked that group at 5, that dime would have covered it no problem haha. But for me, if its not 10 shots its not true : ) .

I like to think the same way. But I would love to see some squirrel head size groupd at 50yds. I have a road cut at the top of the knob i hunt on. The squirrels like to come out and cut nuts on that road. It gives me about 110yd wide open lane. I would love to get some good longer shots up there this year. I know this is no 100yd gun. But I think with a little work(on me nit the gun) it'll make a great 50 yarder.

Yea, i would love to get my hands on an fx gun. Unfortunately around here people still think of airguns as toys, so no one has anything cool. My father-in-law thought they were toys until today. The groupings impressed him. But i wish you could have seen the look on his face when i literally drove a tack through his target backer at 25 yds. PRICELESS!

The fx guns are a bit out of my price range right now. But I will have one soon enough. I would really like to try out a .25 as well. I bet the sound of pellet impact is something else!
