AMP Reg rebuild.

I’m going to have to rebuild my AMP regulator on my Impact .25 MK2

Is it any different than the Gen. 1 reg. ?

I can’t find any videos on the subject.

This is one of the better videos although Ernest has one out also that is good. It is not the MK2 but the reg is the same except for the size and possibly the number of Belleville washers.

Before tinkering with it Are you able to contact FX to see what can be done under warranty so they can possibly send you a brand new one?

No it’s something I screwed up that had an affect on the reg. Warranty will not cover. Ordered parts. I rebuilt my old Gen 2 Impact so I know what I’m doing. I just don’t know how different the AMP reg is from the original reg.
