Allen wrenches.??

14" hex bits with a magnetic driver blow them away. Superior tool. Harder steel. Better torque transmission. Gives that satisfying CRACK when a tight fastener lets go. Instead of DARN it stripped. You will never have stripped allen sockets again. Former pro mechanic and machinist. I don't even want any T wrenches. No room in MY toolbox for them. Cons: Too much flex, springy, and they strip out. Pros: Colorful ones look nice! The kit looks organized.

Ratcheting is not a must but. Snap On sells the best ratcheting driver I ever used.(I actually thought I wouldn't like it. 30 years ago) Very fine toothed ratchet. Shaft is knurled for twirling between your fingers for speed. I'm fast. There are many good quality 1/4" bit suppliers. Even China makes good ones now. But I will certainly prefer USA. Get a socket adapter for them and use them on a 1/4" ratchet. as well.
