Ali Express?

Call your bank for further help. In the future, ask your bank about getting one use or virtual card numbers. CapitalOne offers the service of a number for each vendor. really reduces risk around credit and debit cards

What to do is to sit back and relax knowing you ordered it. It will ship soon enough sometimes a day or two sometime a week. Then another few days to a week to get through customs. I have purchased way to many compressors, compressor parts, Carbon fiber tube, and many pieces of junk also on Aliexpress. Probly ordered between 50 and 100 items over that last three or four years. They always arrive. Sometimes not in the most timely manor but still they arrive every single time.

I have received some items in less than a week others took two months. So be patient and don't freak out when it takes awhile.

Communications is a crap shoot. I know it's hard to believe but not all of the vendors speak English. So even when you do get a reply it may not be to useful.

Unless it said it was shipping from somewhere in the US, you could be waiting a month or more. Definitely don't expect any timely responses. You can have good, you can have fast, you can have cheap. You can only have two though and realistically with AliExpress, you can only have cheap.

Just be patient.

Wait its not possible from what I have seen to unknowingly pay via PayPal. You have to log into your PayPal account or specifically click through the step on paypal.com to send it. You may have got a phishing email that looks like it is from paypal. 

Paypal is the safest way to pay though, no way i would use my credit card on ali. Paypal will take care of you if something goes wrong. 

Ali Express is a huge company...relax....For sure Pay Pal Great....you should be able to check out your paypal account and the bank account it is linked to....

I’ve ordered several things from Ali Express. It takes a while to get the items, but they’ve always shown up.

I've never had a bad order from Ali express. At least 30 orders. Dont use the site if you don't have patience. It takes typically 3-6 weeks to get your order. The vendors have very high order volume as well.

Just considering that you are new to Ali Express

Have you tried logging into you Ali Express account and looking in in "My Orders"

If the order is there you can then click and contact the vendor

You can also go to "My Messages" and look for a reply from the vendor

FWIW

I too have never had a package not arrive from Ali

And the one damage (before it left the factory) issue was resolved quickly

Relax, ordered a scope thru them, took a month to receive it, no communication. I was nervous too, it will show. Rick 

I use aliexpress for my yong heng parts and I think I am going to order my portable 12v compressor through them, 3 orders no issues, I do pay by paypal, ship times suck but I sell crane parts for a living and I know how long it takes for stuff coming from overseas and their ship times seem to beat everything I have had to deal with through my job. 

I've never been burned buying anything on Aliexpress. But you need to be patient. I've gotten small parts orders that were incorrectly filled but the vendors always did right by me. Other than the shipping time delays, I find Aliexpress just as reliable as Ebay, if not more so.
