AoA had a used Impact on the site, but I couldn't get the page to come up with the information and the ability to buy. Called AoA next morning and found out it was in someone's shopping cart and had been for the previous day. They removed it from the cart, and sold it to me along with a set of Eagle Vision Scope rings and tin of FX Pellets. Now, it did take a full 8 days to get to me, but that was due to QA services before shipping, and possibly one of the guys taking it on the weekend Scout outing (inside joke there). They test shot the gun at 20 yards, and came out with a ragged hole, as one would expect.
Arrived well packed and complete. Even the owners manual was included. The moderator was packed separately from the gun to protect it during shipping. Nice job AoA!
So, thanks to whoever put it in their cart and held it so I could buy the gun. Odds of me actually finding the gun and get it bought before someone else are very thin but since someone held it in their cart just for me, I got the gun. Makes me extremely happy!
Shipping was reasonable, fast, and no damage. Charged with 200 bar fill, so I could start shooting as soon as I got my scope on. Scope got mounted last night, so maybe first shots tonight. We'll see!
I also contacted FX Airguns USA to see when it was manufactured to give me an idea of the age. January of 2017. Just over a year ago. Looks like it's only been to the range and then only a couple times. Great gun.
