A review for my recent FX Impact X purchase from AOA:
I had to return a purchased gun that had problems and requested an FX IMPACT X 25 700mm package with an AZTEC EMERALD 3-18x50 Scope, and some 34gr pellets, extra mag etc. Of course I had to wait for awhile in order to get my hands on that Impact. However, throughout the transaction and wait process, I had called "Darren" many times over to discuss the order and vent my impatience etc. Darren had always remained professional and did his best (I hoped) to make me a happy and satisfied customer. I was not happy a few times after sending emails and receiving their replies to my enquiries, but Darren clarified things and apologized for all the misunderstandings.
I received my packages on Aug 15th. The packaging was good and the items were all there in good condition. I did not receive the hats as was promised me. Anyway, I did have an initial problem with the gun that worked itself out. I have since done a bit of testing until I got the gun at exactly where, at least I think, it should be (fps, regulator pressure, valve etc.) It has that "Harmony" as Ted and Matt would say. Well, so far I am, and have been quite pleased with the service I received from AOA and would like to extend my utmost thanks to all at AOA and especially to Darren for his exemplary service and assistance. Thank you Darren. I am sure AOA can figure who I am from this review.
Now, I hope that I do not have any problems in the future (fingers crossed)
