Airgundepot customer support.

Anyone use airgundepot? I am putting together a package for a marauder .25. Pyramydair's combo includes a centerpoint scope, rings, benjamin pellets 200ct, extra mag and hand pump($20 rebate) for $637 + $20 S&H (After rebate final price is 637). I built a combo at airgundepot, that is a rifle/pump combo, JSB diablo pellets 350ct, extra mag, a UTG 3-12X44 side AO scope with 80mm AO wheel and a picatanny to dovetail adapter for $679 free shipping (-$20 rebate =$659). Emailed AGD about the rebate on the hand pump and they have yet to respond, if i could get the $20 rebate on the pump then I would order right now, as i can get what I want, rather then what PA tells you what you can get. Generally, how long does it take for AGD to respond to emails? Sent first email to customer support at 10am and followed up with another at 4pm.

MOD EDIT moved to Dealers Direct section

"cahil_2"I think AGD is owned by PA, but I may be wrong.
PA and Air Venturi are the same company (AV is the dealer side. PA is the retail side). They are back East.

AGD is in Utah! I think you may find that AGD is affiliated with AV (and other brand importers) like many dealers are!

AirVenturi is the warranty center for many brands so it is no surprise to hear that the same people answer support calls.

Yes, I think Airgun Depot merged with PA 6 or 7 years ago. If you are looking for a deal, and want a Marauder, have you tried Crosman directly with the 25% discount using the AGNATION discount code?

Marauder synthetic .25 - $559 *.75 = $420
Scope 3-9X50 $90 * .75 = $68
Pellets 15*.75 = 11.25
Pump 192*.75 = 143 (not including the $20 rebate)
Magazine 19 * .75 = 14.25

Total $655 - $20 rebate on pump = $635

Order on Friday for Free Shipping saving another $20, so it's $635 in your hands once you do the rebate.

Now, I will make one very serious recommendation. Don't waste money on a pump. Save for at least the 90 Cubic Inch HPA bottle for $300. Find a scuba or paintball shop nearby. The .25 wants AIR and LOTS OF IT. Probably be at least 5 or 6 pumps per shot which doesn't sound like much until you hit about 2500 PSI in the tank, then it takes lots of work to get that last few hundred PSI in the tank. It'll reduce your enjoyment by A LOT!

Just my opinion. I wasted the money on a pump with a .22 Marauder and immediately saved my pennies for a tank and never looked back.

Good luck, it's a heck of a gun.

I agree having a tank is way better. Just make sure you can get it filled. I have a 90 cu in tank and can get it filled most places. I bought a bigger tank 74 cu ft from PA and NO-ONE will fill it. Very frustrating to say the least. Now I have a $600 paper weight

Hey guys, T3PRanch brought this thread to my attention and I thought I would jump in.
We here at Airgun Depot are a separate company from Pyramyd Air, however, we do have a very close working relationship with PA. We have separate management teams and operate independently of each other but we do share some services (such as was already noted about our call center). AGD was founded here in Utah in 2002 and we are still located just south of Salt Lake City. Originally we operated out of one of the founder's homes but as we grew we expanded into a warehouse. Around 2012 we experienced exponential growth and moved to the larger facility that we call home today. Hope this clears things up a bit. If you have any questions please feel free to shoot me a DM on here and I'll get back to you. Thanks for letting us be part of this awesome community!
