Who would be a good person to send my flashpup to for repairs/ modifications? Hatsan USA won't return my phone calls or emails.

Hatsan service does not return phone calls, so don't waste your time.  Use their 'Customer Service Form' found here… https://hatsanairgunsusa.com/customer-service-form/.  They are VERY good at responding within 24 hours on business days.  I have had very good luck with any service issues or getting questions answered by using this form.  Be sure to check your 'junk mail' folder because a lot of Email programs think their response is SPAM.  Good luck!

If it's a warranty issue send it to HATSAN that just ain't right if it's warrantied and you have to pay to fix it. If you just got it from a dealer then have them send a return label for a refund or exchange on their dime.

If you bought it used then address it with the seller and post appropriate feedback for all to see.

Chip is 100% correct. Use the form on their website. I had a problem with my Spark air compressor temp gauge. They sent me new batteries & explained how to replace them. When that didn't work, they sent a new temperature gauge. Both arrived within a week, and they responded within a day or two.

I have filled that form out. Once a month ago and once today. Today it acted pure nuts. Over a 12 shot mag, from a low of 750 to a high of 950. Randomly.

Take it apart and clean all the junk they put on the hammer and in the tube. Lube your hammer with some quality lube and test the gun again. Some guns have some horrible stuff in them. It sounds like you are experiencing inconsistent hammer strikes. Or like I told you before, send Rallyshark a PM over at GTA.
