Hatsan service does not return phone calls, so don't waste your time. Use their 'Customer Service Form' found here... https://hatsanairgunsusa.com/customer-service-form/. They are VERY good at responding within 24 hours on business days. I have had very good luck with any service issues or getting questions answered by using this form. Be sure to check your 'junk mail' folder because a lot of Email programs think their response is SPAM. Good luck!

If it's a warranty issue send it to HATSAN that just ain't right if it's warrantied and you have to pay to fix it. If you just got it from a dealer then have them send a return label for a refund or exchange on their dime.

If you bought it used then address it with the seller and post appropriate feedback for all to see.
