Airgun depot - DONT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT READING THIS

This is why when my friends ask about PCP air rifles I tell them the Airgun Depot website is a great place to see the selection out there, just beware if you choose to order from them.

Years ago when I bought my first real adult air rifle from them it came without the "free" accessories they showed on their site. I had to call and call and call before I finally got a human on the line. In those few days the sale ended and she couldn't find proof the sale existed. Well lucky me I had a screen shot of the page and emailed it to her along with the order confirmation showing the free items. 3 weeks later the a scope arrived at the FFL dealer, 2 weeks after that the sling showed up there. I even told her to send them directly to me. Since I always give everyone three chances to screw me over, several weeks later I went to place an order for pellets and my account didn't show the purchase of the rifle. I went ahead and ordered the pellets, but they never came. After waiting 3 weeks, again I called several times to finally talk to a human who claimed they can't ship ammunition to Illinois. He stated all airguns are illegal in Chicago. I guess AGD doesn't realize that there are other towns and cities in Illinois besides Chicago. I tried unsuccessfully to explain I live 60 miles southwest of Chitown outside a town of 1300, but he insisted he couldn't help. When asked him to cancel the pellet order, he said they already had cancelled it. Nice to keep the customer informed. That was the last time I tried to purchase anything from them.

Piramid air and air gun depot .. are worth less now I go to smaller vendors n have way better service n shipping prices...how can they ask for $45 dollars for shipping a few tins of pellets when the small vendor could still ship me 3 day priority for $15 .. dont know what happened. 

I ordered 4 tins of pellets on 10/31 and paid 13 bucks to have them shipped from Ohio to CT. A 9 hour drive.

The 13.00 was to have them delivered by the 11/4 . After processing my order today Fed ex says they wont be 

To CT on 11/9 . A full week 

I emailed Airgun Depot but they dont respond. Both these companies are ripping us all off on shipping

So they will no longer get my Business
