Hi I have been trying to get in touch with Airgun Depot for two weeks via phone and email with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks Gary

They usually get back to you fairly quickly, esp if you have something ordered. I am at odds with them right now over the Avenger I ordered 2+weeks ago. At the time they said mid July availability then I got an email saying my order would be delayed concerning the ammo and other stuff I ordered but nothing about the Avenger so I emailed them and I got a response that it would not be available until mid September! Yes I sent them a nasty gram about selling stuff they don't even have and living fat off customers' money in the mean time. I should hear back tomorrow. All of the dealers are selling stuff in that same manner and you get the run around about the all important question, "ok so when will I get it?" Good luck

Thanks yes this is the first time I haven’t heard back from them. I wonder if the COVID virus has cut staff. I still get daily emails trying to sell me items. I bought a scope in April of this year and the yardage dial has frozen can’t turn it I’m trying to get resolved. Gary

I am having same issue, for a while I was getting response through their link [email protected] but that has been a dud now for about a week. I finally got an email that stated my order # (with Avenger on it) is on back order......I ordered exactly one week prior to their published preorder cut off date which is prior to 07-08-2020. There is a lot going on in China right now so this may turn out to be disastrous for we "eager- awaits". Still hot around the collar at AirgunDepot's conduct surrounding this whole deal. You can't tell me that a company does not know exactly how many items they will be receiving and when they will receive them, I can deal with a 1 week buffer period but this is downright ridiculous. Some of us save up and are anticipating the prize we saved up for, so admittedly the pot is ripe for impatience......but. Does anyone have any tidbits of info? Thanks

I get daily emails trying to sell me items I still think Covid has something to do with it . Perhaps they were closed for a while or they are having trouble getting items from overseas.
