I have been waiting for an order through Airgun Depot for a week. The website says it will be shipped, but I have not received any confirmation that it has been. I also can not reach them by phone. Has anyone else had these problems with them? Other companies are still shipping in a reasonable amount of time, so I wonder what's going on.

If it’s anything like pyramid air, it took me 3 weeks to get my order. Their order volume went up 600% and their staff has to go down due to distancing practices. It’s a little rough out there right now!

Try to be little more patient. You can always email customer service. I think alot of orders are getting mixed up as far as what to send out first. For example I made a purchase on pyramydair.com on the 27th and it still has not shipped. I made another order on the 1st of May and that order got here today. They guys working there are overwhelmed right now. Give them some time.

I received my Pyramyd Air purchase fairly quickly (last week).
BUT, when I called with another simple question about another item, the guy was pretty rude. I wasn't even able to explain the "why" of my question..! I had a problem a couple of years back with a c02 gun I bought from them, Was treated similarly. Silence was the answer from them..! Though I did finally get a "sorry about that" answer finally. Great conclusion..!
Before you go and remark on the..."common denominator"...(me), I've bought from other, on-line shops (2 others) with no bad treatment at all. Even with my silly beginner questions. I guess I've learned my lesson. I'm now down one shop to buy from.

I am in a similar situation with AGD. I did not have luck emailing support, but I managed to get a rep on the phone who was very forthright in stating they are seeing volumes above that of Christmas/holiday times and they are having shipping delays due to logistics around Covid-19. I had ordered on the 5th, and was getting concerned when the item I ordered was then listed as out of stock but he assured me that inventory had been allocated to my order, and that it would be shipping within the next day or 2. That call was yesterday so we will see how much that holds. as FYI I called shortly after 7am their time when the support line opens.

update: just got my shipping confirmation with fedex tracking for delivery by next wed! So, while not impressed with the email support, the phone call was very helpful and they followed through as well.
