Airgun Depot

They seem to run shorthanded. It took over two weeks to get a refund on a defective airgun I bought last december. I finally had to have my credit card company step in.

If you look at the post about PA, AGD is probably the same. PA is getting 5 to 6 times the "normal" orders per week. That will kinda slow things down

I had the same thing happen. Just sent an email to cancel the order. They canceled and sent my refund in an hour or two.

From what I heard they are both only working at part staff and orders are backed up weeks 

I have an Airgun on backorder and expected it the first of May. The last contact from Airgun Depot was the first of April, then nothing. Hope I get my money back!

I sent this to them today.

"As I have tried twice without success, by phone, by email to discuss my backorder, I need to cancel my order."

1. Holding, twice, for 21 minutes before going to voicemail, then giving my call back info, with no call backs at all.

2. No response to email, no further contact or email from my repeated tries by email to find out the status of my order, after last contact, first week of April.

 



This just in. I will not give up on them. Just needed the certain Airgun for a Hunt in two weeks. 

We regret this decision and would like the opportunity to assist you in your future product selection.

I tried calling them multiple times. I got their on hold music up iuntil 20 minutes. After that I was given the opportunity to leave a message. They did not respond. However I did gety some replies to emails. It appears that they are presently over welled and cannot deal with that. 

This just in. I will not give up on them. Just needed the certain Airgun for a Hunt in two weeks.

However, it’s been a month and I haven’t got a refund!!

Sent another email to them asking where my refund is. I’ll give them one more week and then I’m going to report them to PayPal!!

Looks like they start catching up, i placed my pellet order past Thursday 6-18 and received them this morning 6-24

On Saturday 6-20 I received email saying they are behind and working on my order to be shipped as soon as possible... so I was prepared to wait few weeks

Was kind of surprised to see package by my front this morning because they didn't send me a tracking number.

Glad they are still in business!!

Tomorrow it will be 10 days that the USPO is waiting for AD to hand over my slug order.

I received a "SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION" email on the morning of 6/17 that contained a tracking number.

Checking that number says the USPO is still waiting....and waiting....and waiting.

WHAT A BUNCH OF BS! Why send that teaser email if they are not really going to ship. Also, last time I pay for expedited shipping -- what a ripoff!!!

Thats terrible. I've placed 2 orders with them in the last couple of weeks and both orders shipped within a day. I hope you get your order worked out.

I returned an order four weeks ago and still have not received a refund - and no response to customer service. Time to let my CC company take over. 

What is up with the taxes on purchases? I thought if it was being shipped out of state, no taxes apply. Thx

Does anyone know if jefferson state air rifles company is up and running, cause I tried calling numerous times and emailed them and the email bounce back and I leave voice messages and nothing,. I was planning on ordering the raptor I'm not sure now. Let me know. Thanks

I considered a raptor the other day also but after reading yesterday the amount of impacts coming in I’m definitely going with another FX gun probably from Utah or a local dealer.
