That is a rifle you can do just about anything you want to with. There will be a learning curve if you decide to start diddling with the innards. It is a very easy rifle to work on though, infinitely customizable.
You can get moderators and that is about the only way you are going to quiet that rifle down other than shoot it on the lowest power settings, which might help a bit.

You can get the Spin Loc retro fit kit from AirForce and convert the bottle and gun to Spin Loc easily and cheaply enough with simple hand tools. I've done several like that.
As to quiet, there are a multitude of folks out there making shrouds/mods. TalonTunes is one option.

Yep you can get a conversion kit/adapter for a spin-loc tank. I think PA has them. After that you can pick up a tank on the classifieds. Cheers
