Hey fellas. I'm trying to do the oring under the tophat mod on my daughters talonp 20 cal. My understanding is to put a nylon washer under the tophat and then put an oring on top of that washer and adjust the tophat to both close the bolt and lock it in just right and to maintain about a width of a quarter between the tophat and oring. Sand nylon washer to size to achieve this. Question #1 is my understanding that correct. #2 the washers from talon tunes are too snug to sit flush no matter what I do. Should I sand out some of the ID of the washer to not be so snug? I'm on my last washer here and it's so tight that I'm having to screw the washer on and jump it over the threads at the bottom. It's making it flex and not sit flush. I can't see how I can even get it back off to sand it down to adjust it. I think I may have to cut this off with a hot knife. Anyway thanks guys. I think the answer is to sand the ID of that washer but I need some confirmation before I start in on my last washer. Thanks guys. Thanks Dankleinman for helping me figure out the obvious!
