AirForce multi-shot....when??

Airforce are great guns IMO, accurate powerful and easy to work on. I had two AF guns early in the hobby and loved them, but moved on from them and haven’t really looked back.

It is interesting to know why they haven’t progressed to a multi shot platform yet when others have multi shot and semi auto models in all calibers. Maybe they have something new in development for the future?

Now, this is just me, but one of the things I like best about my Talon is that it is a single shot.

Of the magazine fed guns that I own, the first accessory that I look for is a single shot tray. I find that single shots encourage a shooter to take their time and make that one shot count. Even in my powder burners, my favorites are my Thompson Center Contender break action single shots.

Again, this is just my prefrence.

I have wondered that myself. I had a Condor 25 which was a great gun and fun to shoot. I almost didn't buy it because it was a single shot. After shooting for a while I really enjoyed the simplicity of the single shot. When shooting at home from the bench I will often use the single shot tray instead of the mags in my other rifles. As I and others do enjoy the single shot method of the air force guns, I would imagine there is a whole lot of people who pass them up just based on that alone.

It already takes so much air to launch those giant projectiles that most only get 2 or 3 shots from what I've seen. Definitely under 10 depending on caliber. It's going to take some of that air to cycle the mechanism, so I'm not sure it would be a good idea. I may or may not have any actual clue what I'm talking about, but that's my thought on it.

Not being a AF spokesperson but it's actually quite simple why they haven't had to add a multi shot option to their line up.

Because they don't have to.

With all the other multiple magazine fed AG'S already out there, they chose to stick to a solid proven platform that out of the box accurately delivers lead downrange.

Very simple non complex guns where the user can learn how to tune them and set them up way easier than 99% of the AG'S out there, without having to spend a ton of money to modify them.

I love the platform it's simple and will hang with the best of them out there.

And for those who knock the single shot, their loss really on is one of the deadliest hunting platforms available.

With the power AEA guns are making one's they get a refined trigger n maybe a touch up here n there .. airforce could be a thing of the past.. I like them I have 3 highly modified bullet shooters that will not be sold .. but if me as a new buyer not interested in casting..but want the ability to shoot heavy lead..n have to choose between a condor or AEA .. multi shot will win every time.. n with the price increase even more..
