Air Venturi won\'t run

I started with a hand pump. I moved on to the AV Booster . I had the first version with some of the stuff on the outside of the case. I bought a nice air compressor to go with it. That worked fine for about a year and a half. I purchased a 88cf tank and that killed the booster. They gave me full store credit and I upgraded to the AV HPA Compressor 110v .

I have had that for a week now. I have topped off my tank 4 or 5 times. The first problem I had is the female end won't fit onto my Bulldog or my Marauder. It fits on the double male connector that came with it and the one I already had. It wouldn't fit on the probe for my Huben K1 either. They sent me a new connector and I put it on today.

I topped off the tank once today and then tried to fill my gun but the compressor won't turn on. The cooling system turns on but the pump won't run. ?????? I had to push the reset button once but I don't think the cooling system would not go on and the reset button was sticking up.

Agreed!

I'd use process of elimination, starting at the beginning to simplify things..
Check the house breaker, then outlet, then check the fuse in the unit.. If you have a multimeter,
use that, and probe a few spots to make sure you're getting power..
I even check continuety through the power cord: Power / Neutral / Ground.. If still nada,
I 'might' go to something like testing the start capacitor, but, I'm not familiar with this particular model,
so, they may have incorporated some sort of safety feature / fail safe.. If not, hopefully just a quick to find electrical gremlin,
and once caught, they're usually easy to correct and get things back in action.

It only did it when I equalized the pressure for a partial fill on 4500 tank it stopped at 3000 machine automatically turns off at 3000 I turn the motor switch off and open the tank then go to turn on the motor NO GO. I installed the second fuse that came with the kit same thing. I called AV on the 25th I was on hold for 25 min. then a voice says "please leave a message......" then I emailed Stacy same day no response yet. So I went to Lowe's and got new fuses and then it worked fine I let out air from my 4500 tank to 3000 equalized the line and the darn thing worked and just to check it did it again and still working. Maybe the AV fuses are too low on amps and burn easily???? I'll ask the thecniton if and when they get back to me. AV fuse on the right.

I was doing the same thing. I figured I'd do a partial fill to 3000, let it cool then go to 4500. I'll pick up a fuse tomorrow and see if that's the issue.
