I am waiting for PA to send me my prepaid AV 4500 and gathering information.
I have had 4 Shoebox compressors starting with the first run up to the F10, got to where I could rebuilt them in my sleep, but the F10 had a unrepairable failure. Without available parts to go with 4 or 5 rebuild kits I have along with a broken heart as I loved every shoebox I had, it is now a paper weight.
I have been looking for a scba bottle capable compressor and the AV 4500 seems to be the bottom price/entry level machine.
Now I am shopping for oil. so I ask:
Should I break it in with the AV oil PA sells and use that oil?
Should I break it in with AV oil, then use Royal Purple compressor oil?
Should I go all in with the RP compressor oil?
