i think I’d want something like that, and I’m not buying Chinese stuff any more so if there’s a local guy doing them then I’d like to reach out

Search AirTanksForSale and you should find his site. Maybe ExpertHPA as well. I use that "Armor Up" setup myself and it is really good. The only thing it lacks is solid protection for the valve but it is excellent for protection of the CF tank body and it stands or lays on it's side equally well. The handle is sturdy and easy to grab.

I use a golf bag cart.

I made one of the anti- roll devices from a pool float noodle that I saw on a YouTube video. Keeps the tank from rolling around in my truck. Then I just have a basic scuba tank carrying strap on the tank. Less than $20 for everything.
