Right now I really enjoy shooting the Baikal MP-46M the most. It's fun to try single hand targets but more than that I enjoy shooting paintballs at around 20 feet and shooting plastic practice golf balls out to add far as I can chase them. That's about 25 yards then it becomes a game of luck if I hit one after that. That is done two handed unsupported.

....i generally suck with pistols , but there's one i have that just magically hits whatever i aim at (under 20 yards) - it's a crosman mark 1 . it needs a new paint job , but these are awesome ! i also really favor my s&w 78g - it just feels great in my hands. i cant see well enough to use open sights past 12 yards - and these old co2 pistols do not accomodate optics very well (maybe mac1 has a scope mount for the mark1). i found that the crosman ssp250 shot harder than anything except pcp pistols , but that stupid loading port looses accuracy and is easy to blast apart (plastic). i'm not real big on pcp , but if i were a motivated pistol guy - i'd get one of those super sexy .22 hw44 pistols with the extras. 750 fps in .22 should be plenty. when beeman acquired marksman, they made a near perfect copy of the beeman p3 single stroke pnuematic pistol - $33 at walmart, and i really loved my marksman model 2004. the cometa indian or rws 9n pistols were neat, too - but there again, no scoping it. the alectos were cool, but took a bit more effort for each shot. crosman 600 has about the best trigger on a pistol ive tried. - rane on.

You know that feeling when you just killed a big rat?... .. Awsome. Meet the Mrodair Mk2 tuned by yours truly. Her evening dress is the DonnyFL Ronin with 1in osprey red dot thats older than my kid has been alive. She has 3 kills under her belt and when i get to 10 ill reward her with a duracoat and barrel polish. So accurate I might go try my hand at 10m with her. Cheap date but she puts out.

I guess you could say I have a preference, but it's more like an iterative search. 45ACP, BB and Airsoft. I'm not sure how much usage the BB version will get now that airsoft opens up close range target options a bit.

For anyone interested - the Umarex 'Commander' is the same length as the KWC Colt 'Government Model', and both are Govt model length, about an inch longer than the real Colt Commander.

Being such an air-pistol FREAK, with so many, used for everything from paper-punching, to field-target, to hunting, to impressing firearms shooters, lately I grab my Will Piatt tuned and modded AR6 'Hunting Master' more often than the others. Besides being unique in being the only (production) PCP revolver (possibly no longer available), my AR6 has attractive walnut, produces 20 foot-pounds of muzzle energy, is field-target accurate, and is fully capable and gratifying to the extreme pistol range of 50 yards.
