That's a great link! Funny how I never heard mention of anything about the Girandoni/Lewis and Clark equation in school. I had to wait until I got (back) into airguns, in my 40's, to ever hear about it. I saw somewhere (I think it may have been "American Airgunner" from last year) that a small company (probably more like a couple enthusiasts) was making reproductions of that impressive air rifle...man, I would love to get ahold of one of those!

Great gun! I have watched the vid a couple of times. 800 psi and 40 powerful shots "with out losing power". I think Girandoni is another name for Gamo! I wonder what the Girandoni does with lead pellets
