Hello AGN,
I wanted to share my recent experience with AOA or airguns of Arizona. They were amazing to work with, very knowledgeable, and there customer service was phenomenal.
I purchased a Brocock bantam sniper high lite from them a little while back and received the gun in a little over a week. I was unaware when I placed the ordered that at no extra cost; if you buy and entire set up from them (scope, rings, airgun) they mount the scope and tune the rig before shipping it out to you. This makes for a little longer delay in receiving the airgun but well worth it in my opinion.
The Brocock was zeroed for me in about three shots and was INSANELY accurate putting out a crazy one pellet wide group at 45 yards consistently off a bipod. But I soon had a couple of different issues with the rifle that I talk about in other posts on the forum and in the interest of brevity you can look them up on my profile if you are interested in more details.
I truly think this was just bad luck of the draw and had nothing to do with AOA or Brocock for that matter. After talking to Rich at AOA I sent the rifle back to them with no questions asked and after a couple of phone sessions of me pestering the staff with every question I could imagine, I landed on the Daystate pulsar HP as a replacement.
After receiving the rifle a couple of weeks go I can truly say I am impressed with both the rifle and AOA. The rifle came in the same fashion as the bantom sniper. The set up was spot on and a few shots later I was zeroed and off shooting. I have put about 400 pellets through the pulsar and am super impressed. It is an expensive rifle but I feel like I got exactly what I paid for.
Overall this was a great buying experience and a zero hassle return process so needless to say I will have AOA at the top of my list for my future airguning needs.
