Air Arms TX200 MKIII

I had 4 in one little .200ctc hole on HW97K Blackline .177 and wind killed me on 5th shot. Wind always blows at my gun range.

Brad I don’t know if it’s possible and it may be a bit time consuming but when you have shot each one of your new airrifles and found their favourite pellet would you be able to rate them by perceived sound, accuracy and trigger etc. Just curious, if not no biggie.

Gary, I can try. I can tell you my Air Arms TX200 is the most pellet fussy gun I have. It just isn't as consistent as my Weihrauch's.

It has it's moments. But I honestly think Weihrauch barrels shoot better and are less pellet fussy. I bought this gun because I heard so much about Air Arms. I like my HW97K's better. My 2 cents.

I’m the same I really like my LGV but even with the trigger fix my Hw77 is a better shooter. Both very accurate but the Hw77 at longer distances produces better groups. But having said that on it’s day the LGV (and me) can produce 10 shot thumbnail size groups at 30 and 40 metres.
In my opinion I believe the better accuracy comes from the trigger that the HW’s have. I’m really looking forward to the arrival of my HW30S, only about 5 weeks to go.

Good choice Brad, HW77 in 22 cal. Mine loves the Baracuda Greens in 12 .65 gr. Super accurate and they hit hard.

Mine is a real laser with the Field target trophies. Have you given them a try?I also have a Vortek kit in my .22 might make some difference.

I'm in the market for my first quality airgun. I'm looking at the Wiehrauch HW97 and the Air Arms TX200 MkIII springers. Do you still have both these rifles? If you don't mind my asking, how do you feel about shooting these two rifles two years later? Also looking at the carbine version and the Pro-Sport.
