Air Arms T200 vs Crosman Challenger

I have had both; the AA T200, I believe is the better quality rifle, it is trouble free but I can't say that about the challenger cocking and firing when I first received it the rifle would not fire but after I made a call the the rep it worked just fine but after around two tins, it began acting up again. Also I prefer wood over synthetic and a lighter weight rifle in the AA T200. The triggers are about the same for me and both are very accurate. Just my two cents.

Dont own either but have shot a couple of examples of both. "Team Crosman" ( slightly modded , LOL) grouped better than anyone could shoot! But that wasnt stock at all so????

I have owned & handled a good number of airguns and treat things gently esp. if it's not mine so I was horrified when while cocking a friend challenger I ruined it. Well he was okay with it " it's happened before" and he watched everything & knew it wasn't me. That rifle is now 6-7 years (?) old and just 2 times it needed repair on the somewhat odd cocking bolt set up.

Not a darn thing wrong with either an LW or CZ barrel, both can be very good.
To me build on the AA/CZ model is far superior to the crosman.
The crosman has the better trigger but the 200 trigger certainly is up to the job.

If in stock factory form one of the mentioned rifles doent suit you the T200 has a plethora of after market support.

For over $100 less ( and spending your money so I'm not cheaping out here) "I" would;d grab the T200.
