Air Arms Customer Service

I have 2 rifles, both made by Air Arms in the UK.
My decision to stick with the brand has a few factors
1. I am stuck to 12ft/lb without getting my FAC ticket and sub 12ft/lb performance and accuracy on these guns is legendary
2. Factory is 30 miles from my house
3. After sales service

i have had several makes of gun including Daystate, Weihrauch and BSA but AA has the edge on quality for me .. The after sales service you get from Chris onsite at the factory is awesome. I had a leak on the 410 TDR and as it is in warranty I took it to the factory and it was fixed there and then, my 510 Ultimate Sporter was reading over 12ft/lb on my chrono and as it is anti tamper I called them up and was asked to take it round the next day.
i did so and they ran a full string over the chrono and found the issue sat with my chrono not with the rifle ... Chrono heading for the bin.
they also saw the barrel was out of alignment and rectified that. ...... Gun out of warranty and no charge to me
I will be staying loyal to the brand and if I go FAC I will get AA guns to match

you could ask no More from a supplier

Glad to hear this. A personal friend purchased a new AA HFT from the US importer some months ago and, after the initial 2 or 3 cans of pellets, the airgun is not grouping at all. The normal actions that can be taken by the owner without voiding the warranty have been taken, including testing of all kinds and weights of pellets, sorting them, cleaning barrel, using multiple fill preassures, etc, etc, etc.
All efforts to have the situation remedied have failed. After shipping the airgun to the authorized distributor, at the owner's expense, and various teleconversations with them, they refuse to acknowledge the problem and solve it, one way or another. BTW, the rifle has less than a year. With the information published here my friend will now refer the situation directly to AA. Hopefully they'll resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction.
Thanks,
