I have a Vulcan2 which I love but would like to see if I can lessen the report. Has anyone had experience with the AGT Vulcan Uragun moderator? It’s only 100 bucks from AoA.

The OEM Vulcan moderator is bored out to at least .30 cal. It may help with the .25 or .30 cal Uragan, but leaves a bit to be desired with the .22 Uragan. DonnyFL makes an adapter that'll fit any of his silencers. UA has the Huggett Magna and the proper fitting as well. It works amazingly well, but it's the most expensive option.

I bought that moderator you mentioned from AoA. The hole in the end measures 0.39", so its pretty big and more than large enough for a 30 cal. For comparison, the DonnyFL Sumo that came with my 25 Tactic measures 0.31". This is sized up one size, ie if shooting a 25, get a moderator sized for 30.
The AGT mod does provide some noise reduction, but doesn't do as well as the Sumo that came with my Tactic.

i have the compact uragan .22 cal. with the .25 donnyfl sumo it is very quiet.

My Vulcan 2 was very noisy.. the Ronin moderator made it extremely quiet..

Thanks guys, I did order the AGT Vulcan and if that doesn’t do the trick I’ll consider the other suggestions.

I’ve since put the AGT Vulcan Uragun moderator on my Vulcan 2. It really does a nice job of muffling the report from the barrel. I still have a hammer twang, but overall the gun sounds much better and shoots straight as an arrow with the moderator.

that's a very cool looking gun that silencer looks perfect on that gun great job on picking it whats the size of that silencer
