Some weight data points for consideration. All weighed just now with Ozeri food scale.

Gen 3 Wood = 1lb 2oz
Gen 4 Wood with new style adjustable butt and euro rail = 1lb 7oz
Gen 4 Black Synthetic = 2 lb 3.5 oz

The synthetic is a dense hard plastic that is not "soft touch" and slightly slick. I plan to take the Gen 3 and send it for Cerakote or Hydrodipped since the wood is pretty blah on that one. My Gen 4 wood is a nice dark chocolate colored walnut with little grain.

Hynzie - the LDC in photo was made by Neil (NC). 1.5" diameter x 7" long. Weighs 7 oz and is finished with black textured anodizing. Works great to quiet the JSB .25 Skinny Kings @931 fps and the MK2 Fat Kings @ 844 fps. Nothing left but mechanical sound which is a small ping of hammer slap. I do have Huggett regular and Magna and DonnyFL Sumo and Ronin. They all do a great job. If it weren't for these LDCs, I'd have much fewer airguns I could shoot in my back yard without bothering someone.

Well it's changed a little since earlier this week. Removed Hawke Sidewinder 6.5-20x42 and UTG max strength medium pic rail. Removed NC LDC.

Resulting weight changes from the above config by - Added - BoBro Engineering 1 piece 20 MOA pic mount (Plus 2.5 ounce.). Added Athlon Helos 6-24x50 (plus 2 ounce). Added Sumo LDC (minus 1 ounce). Added Magpul single point sling QD (plus 2 ounce). Total weight as now configured 9lb 13oz
