After-sales support from manufacturer of Carette compressor in China

Hi I have had parts on order for a month and a half out of California? I understand about the world problems now . First there in stock and from then on it's they be here and shipped next week, could I just ordered from someone else? The compressor is a great just bad customer service in the US.

Hi Bosun, How do I go about getting parts for my Carette? Can you PM me? I need a complete high pressure piston sleeve, and cylinder assembly, along with some smaller parts.

I will revive an old thread. I just ordered one of the carette air cooled versions and will keep any findings updated on here as somebody who can machine limited parts. Rebuilding, sealing and problem solving is not a big deal to me.

Hi 6gun, did you order your new Carette air cooled version directly from China or from a U.S. distributer? I'm very interested in buying one. However, there is a $700 difference from AliExpress and a U.S. vendor.

No the carrette store on ali express didnt do anything after a week so i was auto refunded. I ended up with a 4 stage tx100 tuxing compressor (dive compressor knockoff)


Warnings on that one. Buy the gasoline or 220v version, it draws way more than 2200 watts on start up and after 2000 psi.

My auto stop came pre adjusted to 3k psi, but its adjustable (wont explain now)

In transit either hk, customs or dhl, somebody stole my big gauge but tuxing says they'll send me one and i fabricobbled something together to handle it for now since i have burned up small compressor parts.

Its really fast tho at 2 minutes approx or less to fill a 120inch buddy bottle from 1k to 4300. I just had to make a cord to use 1 leg of my. 220 dryer plug to get then 110v power pig to run without blowing a breaker since none of my gensets will run it.

How reliable is AGN member Bosun when it comes to sourcing parts for the Carette 2 compressor? I sent him a PM and never heard back from him. I'm hesitant to buy the new Carette 2 compressor directly from China is I can't buy replacement parts nor get decent customer service from Bosun or the factory.

Correct: I'd really like to get in contact with him or the manufacturer for parts. I'm convinced the 'Carette' is a good machine and there is lots of demand for it in Europe. However: If you don't reply, you don't sell....
