AEAC Video - Rocky Mountain Airgun Challenge (RMAC) Guns, Gear, & Approach !!!

Will he have a second on the actual competitions???. Great job on supporting fx and Saber tactical plus all their paid supporters and “NEW” products!.

STEP UP, GET Ya TUNER’s here, everyone get a tuner before their gone…

I think I may have spotted a RAW with some new advances?, and a very unique super cool and beautiful looking Thomas? We’ll never know though!

In the age of 3-5min videos, I really appreciated this nearly 3.5hr video.

What I found most interesting was the huge variation in tuning strategy for 100yd benchrest M2/M3 .30 Impacts. In a lot of case competitors chose polar opposite strategies.

  • pellet speeds from 860-920
  • FX liners both 1:36 and 1:22
  • reg pressures from 100 bar to 140 bar
  • M3 first reg from 30 bar delta to completely removed
  • Justin Welch changing speeds in the middle of shooting!

I thought for sure by now some sort of 'best' tune, or at least tune window would have been discovered. This seems to be the strongest confirmation yet that the .30 Impact and pellets are extremely forgiving and can shoot very well at a variety of settings.

Amazing how the importance of harmonics as being of primarily importance is coming into focus.
