Tuning AEAC Video - Brocock Atomic XR .22 - FULL SETUP & TUNING GUIDE

Wow, so AOA ships it with a free HS adjuster for a pistol? Knowing full well that these will be 99% of the time used as carbines. They up charge $150 USD for the HS adjuster on the stock, which is the more useful of the two adjusters? So when all is done you're in for $1650. plus tax? After watching Steve's video, even after he posts all his specs on the thing, he agrees that it's best as a carbine. Watching him handle it as a pistol? The thing looks like half a rifle in his hands. Was excited for it but the up charging is a big turn off. It excels as a SBR, but as a pistol?.

My question is "what percentage" of those who would buy the Atomic, use it as a 🙄Pistol🙄 as opposed to the SBR it is?

I understand your anger regarding them not including the adjuster for the config that most people are going to use the gun in. It's annoying to sell the gun and have somewhat necessary accessories that your customers are going to have to purchase separately.

That being said, I think you're a little too ruffled over the pistol configuration. In factory configuration (no 0db), the pistol is a very reasonable size for a 17 fpe hunting pistol.

Ooooooook, we get it.. you're not a fan. There are Lots of things I don't like in life, but I'm going to beat it to death across every post I find about the subject. Enjoy what you like and have, do more shooting instead of keyboard bashing of something you have never had in your hands ✋.

On to the next scheduled programming...Nuff said...

LL has stated his like of the brand on many occasions, and as such, I for one would be inclined to believe he can otherwise vent his opinion on this latest offering.

It is partly due to his previous comments on his experience with his Brocock rifles that I have faith in the brand

LL at least we can't accuse you of being a fan boy.

I being UK based will only see this as a carbine, and an interesting, if expensive, well made one at that.

Thanks for the full review. The efficiency of this gun is impressive maybe in line with the lower power output. I have an earlier Brocock carbine G6 24 fpe gun which at the time was less than half the price and did not require any accessories. Trade off is less shot count and longer overall length. The G6 stacks pellets but the action and feeding are not what the new guns offer. I would like to see a Concept lite compact offered as the Brocock line continues to evolve.
