AEAC Vlog14 - Air Arms s510 xs (regulated)

Hmmm...It's definitely a good looking rifle. And from everything I have seen, it has the needed power and accuracy for small game hunting and pesting. But "Ultimate Sporter" ? I'm a little skeptical on that claim. To me (and this is just my opinion) "sporter" means hunting. 10.5 lbs seems just a little heavy to be toting around in the forest all day. The weight may be helpful on the bench, but a hindrance in hunting. At this price point, I would also want an anti double load, and a safety I could see or feel more readily. But that's if I was buying it. Winning it? - whole different thing.

Steve this one is perfect for me, not just an absolutely beautiful rifle but Air Arms has really made a great effort to listen to the airgun world. Regulated, with Walter loather barrel, 40 ft/ lbs of energy. It's even hand pump friendly for those that drop their life savings to buy it. In which the hand pump will help burn off the two months of Ramon noodles. Yep, I could definitely find a spot for this in my collection.

Steve,

I've always loved the looks of AA rifles but have never dropped the $ for one. That little spring behind the trigger just bugs the heck out of me. I wish AA would design a trigger that doesn't run the risk of loosing a spring. An AA might have been one of the five high end PCPs I currently own if it wasn't for that spring.

As always, your videos are at the top and continue to improve. Look forward to seeing you in June.
