AEAC Vlog video - New Spark mini-compressor & Flash Pup .22!!

Oh,my bad.ettiquett in poor health,,,hrhmmm..Hi Steve, I enjoy your reviews and appreciate your commitment and effort in providing clear and informative, usefull information. THX ! ...I saw this AEAC video,(well done) like a week after I had ordered 1, 22cal. Just received it yesterday. My 1st impressions ? Keep in mind this is my 1st bull-pup. The forestock does not set naturally in my hand and cheek-weld is very low. Compromise,,get use to it and try high scope ring. I think I'll apply a little Formsby Tung Oil too.

Haha, thanks but no need friend. I'm just a guy who likes airguns & sharing. You succeeded in making me blush however ☺

I got a notice about the review video, but YouTube has it as being removed by the owner. I do like Steve's reviews, just not sure what is going on with YouTube and a lot of airgun vids.

That's on me buddy. We discovered something I left out (the 100 yard group measurement) so I had to take it down to repair. It's back up now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My .22 after a little sanding and a few coats of flat black.

Holy crap that looks good!! Hatsan would be nuts not to take the hint, lol.

1.26 in group @ 100 yards, that's darn good.

I wonder if that is a testament to the gun, or to the JSB pellets?

Here's the cool thing - it was no fluke. This gun does it 10/10 times so the winner is gonna get a total gem of a gun. Below is some fun I had afterward and my 100 yard dope/holdover target with it.

left - left to right push with the wind up a bit

center - testing the information I gave ya'll about making sure to refill every 25 shots

right - my pre-vid dope & holdover discovery card

Steve, don't know whether you read all the comments, but there's one aspect of this review I particularly liked and perhaps you could incorporate more of that in future videos. You commented on how the bullpup is really meant for offhand shooting and I think if you showed more offhand shooting and how the bullpup shines in that department, that would have been very entertaining. Thanks for the reviews.

Thanks for the suggestion. I like it when you guys help me know what you want.

I struggled with this in the beginning and now I've made peace with it. I want for these vids to be about the capabilities of the product, not me. That's why I go through such great lengths to cull for its preferred pellets, learn the barrel's preferred state of cleanliness, AND learn how to isolate it on the bags to get the most out of it. Sure, I could add some offhand but in the end it doesn't really add value for the common viewer because at that point we've introduced human error into the equation... and that's not fair to the manufacturer.

I was nearly ready to buy one of the flash pups, but I remember there was an issue getting parts for Hatsan guns.

Not only is it impossible for me to buy parts from Hatsan, but the air gun range I go to that has a professional service center, they can't buy parts from Hatsan either. I don't think mailing an 8 lb gun back and forth to Hatsan is something I want to do every time I need an o-ring or a small part..

Eddie,

For many years, HatsanUSA has offered parts for sale to consumers. This includes basic o-ring kits, breech and plunger seals offered through our website – HatsanUSA.com. Also, you can order many other service parts by submitting a request through our Customer service Form . Due to insurance liability concerns, we must be selective when selling parts to airsmiths and/or service centers. Any service center or airsmith can contact us by email at [email protected].
