ADVICE ON 30 CAL CHOICE

For .30 it’s usually the JSB 44. My flex liked those the most pellet wise. Shot 47 gr slugs better, but that gets pricey quick. Hope this helps.. 

Personally I like the .25 ( I've tried them all) for long range. It is the largest cal. you can use without getting into so much jump/recoil/movement to deal with. Bump up to a really powerful airgun, take a shoot and you cant even see your target in the scope, makes follow through just the same as shooting a simi-auto BP.
Now it's not a big deal holding one still but I enjoy the rather motionless airguns the most for target.
And I can say the RAW .30 was flawless out of the box and grouped very well.

IMO the Rainstorm RS2. Yeah, I know, it's not one of the euro babes but for the money, It's a great gun.
You will not get a ton of shots on a fill. It is not regulated but if you switch out the hammer spring you will get a much flatter shot curve. The accuracy at 50 is as good as any and at 100 yards its not too shabby. BTW the 44g JSB are the clear choice for this gun. The heavier 50g really suck. 


It is not quiet unless you invest in an air stripper. 

You can hit golf balls at 150 yards. at least on the first attempt anyway......

You might want to hold off until you try one of the STX slug barrel liners for your .25 Impact. They're do out next month.

If you dont have the 700mm STX barrel system, that well be your best (and cheapest) option

RAW HM 1000X

I have the Raw HM100X IN 30 AND 25 OUT PAST TWO hundred yards is doable watch ken at SPAW amazing shots.this 30 has a ton of power ...my bud IMOLDS BULLY IS DO. TOMORROW IM SURE HE CAN GIVE YOU THE LOW DOWN .IM SURE HE WILL POST RESULTS GOOD HUNTING HYNZIE

I have a Bully .30 due here tomorrow and with most of the weight being in the back I’m hoping that it will feel lighter then what it is when shouldered and I will get some shooting in this week with a basic review of overall feel, the Rainstorm and Texan are also very nice shooters so don’t discount them, I also shoot my HMx .30 100 yards plus and here is what it does at 100yards but then there is the price difference between all of them too, I don’t think a person can go wrong with any of these and I know I’m leaving out a couple.

Just received a UPS update on my Bully and now they are showing Wednesday grrrrrrrr.

.22 32gr slug has a better BC than any .25 .30 pellet.. about to enter the slug world.

When I went up from a .22 Wildcat I decided on an Impact X .30. It has been a great choice for longer range, in fact, I did my first zeroing in at 100 yards and use JSB 44.75. I chose the shorter barrel with a DonnyFL shroud and Ronin, simply to keep it fairly short and quiet. No regrets.

I have a .30 Impact. Awesome machine. About to send it to Rowe for tuning too. It's a tack driver as is, I can only imagine what Earnest will do to it.

Don't forget the FX Boss. Not overly heavy. Less complicated than the crown. Stingiest on air of ALL the .30 rifles out there (and that becomes a factor when you're pushing pellets that weigh that much) and costs less than the crown. And of course, very, very accurate. I had one once and it was awesome.

I have an Impact .30 as well. Best airgun I've EVER owned. Fixed shroud and stackable baffles. Quiet as can be and I haven't yet figured out why guys are adding an ldc to it.

I can generally knock out the bullseye of a splatter burst target with my Bobcat MK2 with a full mag (actually most of the target is destroyed!) out to 105yrds but it's a handful.
