I don't photograph my kills, but I out did you this morning.
I shoot a .25 caliber WARized Marauder, replete with SSG and regulator. Just like yours, it kill them dead!

Yes! Over the last 4 weeks or so, I've nailed about 50. The permission I have is covered with them, along with collared doves, and more HOSP than you can count. I use my 397 for the latter ones, and my WARized .25 Marauder for the others. This time of year, I can almost go every morning, but afternoon excursions are out due to the hot temps here in Roswell, NM.
I do have a night vision setup, but haven't used it yet. New Mexico has some weird rules about night vision scopes, in that you cannot use a light source or any kind. I've written the G&F about changing that rule, and I'm told they're looking into it for certain non game species. I hope they do because grackles are group roosters.
To show you how much air gunning I do... I've gone through 1,500+ pellets in the last 8 weeks! I sure keep the Shoebox Freedom8 busy!
