A Taipan with a forward cocking lever!

I just watched a video from Balistas at IWA 2019, if I don’t mistake i could spot a Taipan with a forward cocking lever on the other side of the shelf, actually almost at the end of the video a guy came a grab the gun to check it out. I wonder why Taipan didn’t announce it or it’s just a prototype, who knows?!

nah! Love the Taipan the way it is, but I really have my eyes on the JSAR Raptor and the Mini looks great too! I’m just waiting for the new owners reviews.

I'm not sure if that was a taipan. trying to look closely at the symbol on the breech. Its doesn't look like a T in the symbol. Hard to tell what it is, but definately not a T. The barrel is completely hidden. Looks very different.

Looks to be a prototype, great advantage to having it cock forward.

i'm almost positive that gun with the forward lever is a kalibre gun.

scratch that! i just looked them up and i can't find one with that trigger guard design. when the guy holds it straight up you see an all metal guard by it self. taipan vets have the wood stick come down in front of the trigger. kalibre gun appears to do the same.

the taipan logo is a T with a broken ring around it.

If Taipan makes a forward cocker, it would be a must have. Same goes for Kalibrgun actually.

Right now, I prefer the Vulcan and I want a Uragan. I always welcome others to improve and advance.

Taipans are excellent. Love so much about them. Forward cocking please

The Ataman BP17 is forward cocking and probably one of the most ergonomically friendly bullpup I've shot.
