Hello I'm new to airguns just got my first adult airgun a benjamin trail np xl 725. I've been having an absolute blast with it. Almost like being a kid again with my trusty crosman 2200 man I wish I could find that rifle. But to the point I've been thinking about getting into airgun competition and the pyramyd air cup is about thirty miles down the road from me. I wanted a good springer to compete with any help will be welcomed

The power level has to be under 20 fpe. And I would like to keep it between 350 to 400 dollars.

hw97k...great springer..super accurate..great balance..and the trriger is superb...but about 600$....or maybe Air Arms TX200 not much diferent

hw97 needs some work out of the box ,, and its not the easyest to work on .
aa tx200 mk3 is very good , easy to work on and looks good , and works better out of the box
walther lgu , lgv guns that are very easy to work on , tho most will want a tuning trigger and in my eyes needs a stripping and re-lube as the factory lube is way to fluid
my personal favourite so far is the lgu by walther ,,, blisteringly accurate and easy to shoot

Airguns of Arizona still has there special listed for the HW 95 for $300....right now, it's the best bang for the buck.

worth mentioning that if you install the tuning trigger urself it woids waranty .
otherwise its superb after a quick strip and re-lube
mine is 15ftp with jsb heavy and delivers 10 pellets in a 10mm ctc at 35 meters with the stock scope (6x44)
and i have only had the rifle for about 4 weeks

My LGU is my most accurate air rifle. I own the hw97, tx200 and hw98. Like a tuned rifle out of the box. Great choice!
