Me, Utah Airguns and Impact MK-II

I had the best ever customer experience with Mike and Utah Airguns.

Ordered a black color Impact X in .25 700mm with .22 conversion kit and a .22 Pellet liner B just a few days before the IWA Germany. Got an email from Utah airguns that the .22 barrel liner is out of stock and if I want the gun to be shipped now and the barrel liner later when it is back in stock. However, I checked the email the next day and wanted the whole order to be shipped together. So I called them and was told that the gun has been shipped but the guy on the phone asked me to hold. Few minutes later he returned and told me that he just got it back from Fedex as their van was about to leave. I could tell from the way he was breathing that he must have sprinted behind the van to stop it from leaving:)

Then few days later Fx revealed the Impact MK-II at IWA and I was like pulling my hair out. Still thought to try my luck and called Utah Airguns to ask them if they can get me an Impact MK-II instead. I was 100% sure that Utah Airguns will not and to be honest should not agree to it since MK-II has just been announced without any ETA, there is no pre-order on it and my Impact X is ready to be shipped. Guess what, Utah airguns agreed to my request without even a single hick up. Unbelievable but they did it and yesterday my Impact MK-II has been shipped by them. Talked to Mike on the phone and he told me that he got this black impact MK-II from Fx especially for me as Black color MK-II are not available yet. I was totally not expecting this but Utah airguns made it happen for me. I think this is really an unbelievable and unmatched experience worthy of every praise.

Thank you Mike and Utah airguns for going out of the way and offering such an outstanding customer service. You have set the bar way way up there.

Don't let that distract you from the fact that "In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The UTAH-team."
