9mm /.357 barrel for FX Impact?

A few years ago travels for fun, a old member on this forum interviewed fx for me (and others) during extreme bench rest 2015. My question for Fx was whether they would be looking into making big bore guns for the market. Their reply was that they weren't looking into getting into this side of the market. However, perhaps things may change with the inclusion of the x barrel. It will definitely be a challenge making a gun with that much range of power adjustments.

Here is the post.

Well the time has come!

With the new power plenum out and being supplied on the new guns FX has added the 9mm/.357 to the line up!

So I figure they will make a division in the calibers (.117, .22, .25 , .30)and then add the bigger Plenum and bump into the big bores eg: ( .357/9mm , .40 , .45 , .50) and then if they go that far they may as well go to the real big boys of the black powder standard ( .54 ,.58 ,.62 ,.72)

Now you may need to carry a SCUBA tank on your back to hunt with the top calibers so you can get multiple shots , but to shoot these calibers there are probably though that would do that! LOL

The air gun world has hit the ground running now and it's a clean slat as to how big and how far they will go.

I for one am glad to be alive to see it ,I so enjoy my air gun on our farm ,Pesting is a blast.

who knows where FX will go next personally I would like an 800mm .30 cal liner and a electronic adjustable rifle with the versatility of the Impact from them.

But if they do go Bigger bore I don't see where the currant rifle frames they make will accommodate those calibers.

There line now includes Rifles, scopes, pumps, chrono, a list of accessories to long to want to list.

At the rate they have released things It might not be long to see where there next vision takes us.
