No you'll have to call FX and inquire about buying a 700mm barrel sleeve and then buy a liner. With those two things you could transfer your other parts to them.

Thinking out loud here, actually I think you can, BUT (big one) you will need to make some parts with a mill lathe 
, like a long screw (donno 120mm long?? ) that attach the barrel sleeve with the liner, if you have the means, is doable (don´t think someone has made that yet), or you can add an extension of the barrel sleeve (you need to make that one too).... just ideas,
If not so best to order what heavy suggest! might be much easier

Thanks guys for clarifying, yes @edosan getting the sleeve will definitely be the easiest option
