700cc 300 bar CF bottle on FX Impact

Yep amazon should have a few in stock. They did not have any at the time so I went with Helen. I guess I don't have to wonder if they would work with a delta wolf.

The delta is quite different from all the airguns I've had so far. It is not something that you just buy put a scope on and a expect it to shoot like say my uragan compact which I think anyone can just put a scope on and be pellet on pellet up to 50 yards. Maybe if you had a redwolf the transition would be easier but I don't know how to explain it. It is a little hold sensitive. As mentioned by one of the other members who reviews guns. I dunno what a bench gun with a match grade trigger is so cannot compare but this trigger is extremely light as in 4 to 6 oz. I don't have a tool to measure it but it is so light so I'm still trying to used to it as I seem to squeeze the trigger a tad too premature more often than not.

Since these have been out a couple of months now, would some of you folks mind sharing the amount of extra shots this upgrade has given? If not too much trouble, please list pcp type, caliber, and your current velocity.

To say you’re getting an additional 60 shots and if we knew it was a 22 cal at 880 FPS then it would make a lot of sense. On the opposite end you say you gained an additional 10 shots on your 35 cal impact that’s shooting at 980 FPS then that, too, would prove this upgrade is worth doing.

im considering this upgrade on my LCS SK19 in 30 cal shooting the Haydes at 966 FPS. I’m getting two mags, so 34 shots.

Will a 480 clear my compact moderator?

if it's the standard moderator that comes with the compact then no, you need a 30mm moderator to clear the bottle. Some 30 mm moderators are the DonnyFL Tanto, standard huggets, huma 30, Atec Wave and most likely many more which I don't know by heart.

Calculation example on how many shots extra compared to a 480cc 250 bar, regulated at 100 bar and 100 shots per fill:

480cc * (250 fill - 100 reg) /100 shots = 720 cc air per shot

700cc * (300 fill - 100 reg) / 720cc per shot = 194 shots

but that's if you can fill to 300 bar, with 250 cc it's:

700cc * (250 fill - 100 reg) / 720 cc per shot = 146 shots

If you fill in your own numbers you can calculate the benefit ;)

Just remember to get the right bottle valves for the 700cc 300 bar bottle. The bottle valve is fully threaded to handle the extra pressure versus swapping the bottle valves from the 250 bar bottles.

I had to replace a seal on my Maverick due to the wrong bottle valve adapter at 300 bar. I had purchased the 580cc bottle with 300 bar from a vendor and assumed they had the correct bottle valve on it; I was wrong. When I contacted the vendor, they told me they were aware of the issue but did not offer to send another bottle valve or try and fix the situation in any manner; was just told they were ordering the correct ones and didn’t know when they would be in stock.

Having the extra capacity and increased pressure are great as long as you have the correct parts…

I had asked for a m3 compatible valve upon my initial request from the alibaba vender. They never really confirmed so i assumed i was getting valveless bottles?.

I contacted fx for the m3 valves but the lady seemed kinda wishy washy. ordered 2 of what expect to be m3 valves direct from them. i had to sen

her a screen grab from the talontunes sight to confirm what i was after as she sent me a schematic without the valve listed?

How will i know i got the right valve?
