30 yard neck shot- "Clean" squirrel kill

Edgun Lelya shooting .22 Hades @ 890 fps. Went in the neck between the ear and the shoulder:

Came out lower neck/shoulder:

Squirrel was anchored on the spot(no flipping around) and no bleeding. Must have severed the spine.

Not only no flipping and flopping, no blood. Very clean kill. It looks like you scared him to death.

Well done on the squirrel. If the pellet hit the cerebellum at the back of the skull that should give immediate light out.

I target the shoulder/ neck joint most of the time. Pest control is all about getting rid of the animal. Efficiency is key.
